We have a very comfortable new king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and bunkbeds in our second bedroom (note the bunkbeds are being replaced by another queen, in the new year 2025) plus a desk to work from, if needed. There is also a new sofa in the living room, our own wireless modem / router internet and a high definition TV, for your enjoyment. Plus new bedding, bath linens, a hot water heater and much more throughout. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and new cabinets too. Our open dining area leads to our patio with GREAT views of Lake Placid, Whiteface Mountain and the waterfront / marina area. We are just above the gardens, marina, beach and restaurant areas and a very short walk down to them with plenty of private parking. We are perfect for young children and a close walk over to the tennis center and golf course. There is cross county skiing and snow shoeing in the winter, conditions permitting, at the resort with the Nordic Center to rent your equipment from!
