Cooking Class: Sous Vide or Not Sous Vide – Myths, Process and Procedures

If you are unable to attend all the classes purchased, the remaining balance may be used as credit at either the Café on The Green or The Moose Lodge Boathouse during the 2024 calendar year.

Classes are limited to 8 people, will run from 3 to 5 pm, and will last between an hour and a half to two hours depending on complexity and be followed by all participants sitting together and enjoying the meal prepared. There will be wine by the glass available for purchase and all participants will receive a complimentary gift from the Chef.

I will attempt to film the demonstrations that I do during the classes and archive them on a ‘Chefs Corner” link on the website, as a reference tool.
